Kazuhiko Nakamura was born in 1961 in Toyooka City, Japan. He started drawing fantastic pictures in his early childhood, learning the rudiments from his father. Among his early influences are Ernst Fuchs, H.R. Giger, Salvador Dali and Hans Bellmer. Nakamura's first works were drawings and watercolor paintings. Since 1996 he has been producing 3D digital art.
